When doing a banktransfer, please referr to the order number our shopsystem gives you.
Also attach the name of the recepient to the transfer.
Make sure that all transfer fews are included when transfering from outside Denmark.

Delivery
If an article is not in the stock, the shipment will await the article to be in stock again.
The order will processed the within 2-3 days from when your payment arrive.
Cold Blood Divers ships by the Shipping company fit to deliver at the lowest cost.
You will be informed when the order is shipped and recieve a tracking number if the shipping company can provide a such.

Return
All products can only be returned if they are in original packing and they have not been used.
You have 14 days of return right on your articles if the above has been kept.
All shipments of return are for your own cost, and if the product is not damaged a return shipment will be for your own cost.

Defective Return
In case of defective items please contact our service department or send the package with the defective item to our adress and we will take remedial action immediately.
In case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault, return the defective item in the original box with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories as well as the original invoice.
Please make sure that the package is wrapped securely and that you pay the necessary postal charge. In case the item is defective we will replace the item or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item ( please notice that we do not refund the shipping charges from you to us ). If the product returned is not damaged, we will charge you with the shipping costs to send it back to you..

Payment
All prices are in Danish Kroner and Euro, the final transaction is made in Danish Kroner, we use the exchange rate 1 Euro = 7,5 Danish Kroner.
